30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@myserapy.com as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask for photos or videos of the item and its packaging. This information helps us resolve the issue quickly; it is not intended to remove any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

If we confirm that an item was damaged in transit, defective, or sent in error, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email support@myserapy.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If your return is approved, we will send instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
